Avocado toast with fresh radishes

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado(~350 g)
  • 8 fresh radishes
  • 1tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • 5slices of toast bread or 15 slices of French baguette type of bread(toasted or non-toasted)
  • juice from 1 small lime(weight of lime: ~70 g)
  • 1/4teaspoon of salt
Instructions
  1. in a bowl mash the avocado with potato masher or fork to obtain a creamy texture. Add salt and lime juice and mix everything together;
  2. cut the radishes in thin slices and compose the small breads/toasts by covering the bread with avocado mass, placing on top several slices of radishes and sprinkling over toasted sesame seeds;
  3. serve immediately to avoid that the bread becomes humid.
