Mushrooms with lemon and walnuts

Ingredients
  • 300g of white button mushrooms
  • 50g of walnuts(without shell)
  • 1 lemon(only the juice will be necessary)
  • 1teaspoon of lemon pepper
  • 7g of fresh chives
  • oil for cooking
Instructions
  1. start by breaking the walnut kernels with your hands in smaller pieces (break each kernel in half, if small, or in 3 – 4 pieces, if big);
  2. wash and slice the white button mushrooms and cook them in a small amount of oil;
  3. after 3 – 5 minutes, add lemon juice, lemon pepper and walnut pieces. Cover the frying pan with a lid and, by mixing occasionally, cook for other 5 minutes. Meanwhile chop the chives;
  4. take off the lid, add chopped chives, mix everything and cook for other 3 – 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
