Ingredients
  • 400g of green beans(fresh or frozen)
  • 2 – 3cloves of garlic
  • 2tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
  • 1tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil(or any other oil that you prefer)
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. boil green beans in water with salt for approximately 10 minutes;
  2. when the beans are ready, warm up the oil in a frying pan using medium heat. Meanwhile drain the beans and then put them in the frying pan to cook;
  3. using garlic press or a grater, add the garlic in the frying pan and let it cook together with beans for 2-3 minutes until garlic starts to turn light brown, but be careful – do not burn it (!) (if necessary, reduce the heat);
  4. squeeze out the juice of the lime and add it to the beans together with sesame seeds. Stir well for some seconds and then turn off the heat;
  5. put the frying pan aside with a cover on top and let it sit for 5 minutes, so that the flavors get friendly with each other.
