Ingredients
  • 150g of whole-grain pasta
  • 150g of green beans(fresh or frozen)
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 small Italian chicory (radicchio)(or half a head of small red cabbage)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium size bell pepper(color is up to your choice, but for color diversity I always choose yellow)
  • 100g of black olives
Instructions
  1. boil the pasta according to the instructions given on the package and at the same time boil green beans for approximately 10 minutes. Once ready, drain both and let everything cool down;
  2. cut onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, black olives and Italian chicory (radicchio) or red cabbage in small pieces. When the green beans are not hot anymore, cut them in smaller pieces;
  3. mix all seven ingredients together.
