Ingredients
150gof whole-grain pasta
150gof green beans(fresh or frozen)
2medium size tomatoes
1small Italian chicory (radicchio)(or half a head of small red cabbage)
1small onion
1medium size bell pepper(color is up to your choice, but for color diversity I always choose yellow)
100gof black olives
Instructions
boil the pasta according to the instructions given on the package and at the same time boil green beans for approximately 10 minutes. Once ready, drain both and let everything cool down;
cut onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, black olives and Italian chicory (radicchio) or red cabbage in small pieces. When the green beans are not hot anymore, cut them in smaller pieces;
