Ingredients
1English cucumber
5tablespoonsof sunflower seed cream cheese(check the notes)
10sour berries of your choice(redcurrants, cranberries, lingonberries, pomegranate seeds etc.)
2tablespoonsof toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
by using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into thin strips, then, in order to remove the extra water, pat them dry with paper towel;
spread along the length of each slice a thin layer of the sunflower seed cream cheese (approximately ½ tablespoon);
roll the slice up and do the same with the rest of the slices;
sprinkle over each cucumber roll toasted sesame seeds and place in the center of the roll the berry of your choice. Serve immediately!
